Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility; drive revenue, profit, labour, and cost targets
• Ensure compliance with FEHD hygiene standards, Liquor Licence rules, and HK Employment Ordinance
• Lead FOH/bar operations; maintain food quality, service standards, and a clean, safe environment
• Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage a diverse HK team
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction across
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stock rotation, and monthly inventories
• Execute promotions, respond to online reviews within 24 hrs, and grow sales
• Step in operationally when needed and handle emergencies/maintenance issues
• Daily sales or end-of-day reporting/s to committee members

Requirements

• 7+ years’ restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service concepts
• Strong track record in P&L management and cost control
• Solid knowledge of HK restaurant licensing, FEHD rules, and labour laws
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and Hong Kong public holidays
• Holder of Food Hygiene Manager/Supervisor certificate would be plus
• POS, inventory, Excel, and scheduling software proficiency. Experience with REVEL or SEVENROOMS is an advantage
• Cantonese language skills preferred but not mandatory
