Responsibility:

• Managed over 5 cafés and oversaw store operations to ensure the customer experience across all aspects met the company’s standards.
• Oversee the daily F&B operation. Plan, execute, and manage for all F&B operations, ensuring all setups align with service goals.
• Assist in developing strategic marketing plans to promote the brand
• Collaborate with operation team on product development and implementation, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing program
• Manage, train, motivate and mentor front-line with expectations of their respective plans
• Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant operation management experience
• Management experience in Cafes or restaurants operations is a MUST
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent supervisory, leadership and problem-solving skills
• A good team leader and able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
