We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
RESPONSIBILITIES 職責
Greet guests and seat them at a table, making sure that the operations are running smoothly
Take guest reservation properly and in accordance with hotel standards
Answer guests’ enquiries whether in person, on the phone or through e-mails in a friendly and professional manner

依照酒店標準妥善處理客人預訂事宜
以友好和專業的方式親自、透過電話或電子郵件回答客人的詢問
QUALIFICATIONS 資歷要求
Minimum 1 years of Food & Beverage experience or in hotel industry is an advantage
Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
一年或以上餐飲經驗,擁有酒店業經驗將會優先考慮
良好的英語,廣東話及普通話會話與書寫能力
