Restaurant Manager (餐廳經理)

Assistant Restaurant Manager (助理餐廳經理)

Restaurant Supervisor (餐廳主任)

工作職責 (Responsibilities)

團隊領導與培訓：帶領及監督樓面服務團隊，制定並執行員工培訓計劃（包括日常服務、產品知識及銷售技巧）。

日常營運管理： 全面監督餐廳日常運作（包括開舖/收舖、更表編排、控制服務質素及衛生標準），確保營運流暢。

優質賓客體驗： 為客人提供專業、親切的高規格餐飲體驗；高效處理客人查詢、反饋及特別要求。

跨部門溝通： 與廚房團隊保持緊密溝通，確保出菜流暢、準確無誤，全力支援經理執行營運程序。

職位要求 (Requirements)

工作經驗：

  • 具備最少 2-4 年或以上高級精緻餐廳 (Fine Dining) 管理經驗。
  • 擁有法國菜 (French) 或日本料理 (Japanese) 餐廳經驗者優先考慮。
  • 經驗較淺者會被聘為 Supervisor (主任)，公司會提供完善培訓。

專業技能：

  • 具備優秀的領導才能、組織能力、問題解決能力及時間管理技巧；熟悉日法餐飲禮儀者優先。

工作態度：

  • 形象專業良好、性格開朗積極、具團隊合作精神，能於高要求及快節奏的環境下工作。

語言能力：

  • 具備良好的粵語、英語及普通話溝通與書寫能力。
