Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests, maintaining Roganic’s service standards at all times
  • Learn and confidently explain our aperitifs and beverages, with a focus on gentle, natural upselling
  • Gradually develop strong menu knowledge to answer guest questions accurately and confidently
  • Provide floor service and work closely with kitchen team

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is highly desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Naturally warm, composed, and guest-focused
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
  • Comfortable with learning to sell aperitifs and enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and professional in presentation
