Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide recommendations and explain menu items confidently.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the food, wine and beverage menu.
- Upsell appropriately while ensuring a comfortable guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal and anticipate guest needs.
- Assist with table setup, resetting and general restaurant cleanliness.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar and management teams.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Support opening, turnover and closing duties.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but strong candidates without experience may be considered.
- Friendly, confident and guest-focused personality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
