Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, the flagship Grand Hyatt hotel in Asia Pacific and is situated on the waterfront on Hong Kong Island, commands views of Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui skyline. Summary

Grand Club is a majestic living space and luxurious lounge overlooking Hong Kong’s iconic skyline on the 30th and 31st floor of the hotel, created exclusively for suite and club floor guests. What you will do:
Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the Grand Club Lounge
Work alongside the team to achieve service of excellence and maximize guest satisfaction
Ensure the cleanliness of working stations and equipment could meet ISO22000 standards
Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

Qualifications

What you should have:
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a Team Leader role.
Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
