Responsibilities:
Be proficient in futures business, providing support for overall futures operations, product requirements, and client communication;
Possess relevant IT knowledge or experience to collaborate with the IT department in offering technical support and services to quantitative trading and algorithmic trading clients;
Understand the landscape of quantitative futures trading, analyze the trading needs of quantitative clients, and develop targeted strategies for client retention and growth in the quantitative space;
Provide service and sales support in quantitative trading to sales colleagues and account executives, and coordinate institutional client-related service projects;
Perform other futures-related tasks as assigned by the department.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or above in a science or engineering discipline; majors in information technology, finance, or mathematics are preferred;
Hold a valid SFC Type 2 license in Hong Kong;
At least two years of experience in quantitative trading;
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and capacity to perform under pressure;
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English (including Mandarin).
