Security Supervisor jobs

Being one of the Asian ibis flagships, ibis Hong Kong Central & Sheung Wan Hotel located in Sheung Wan district within minutes away from transportation networks, is housed with 550 modern guestrooms, a restaurant TASTE serving buffet breakfast ranging from international flavor to local specialties and a LE BAR for business and social meet-ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist the department in ensuring the smooth operations of the security aspect of the entire hotel

Assists to conduct regular communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary

Ensures patrol been carried out in all public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, fitness center and all other areas of the hotel

Ensures safety, security and comfort of all guests, staff and hotel assets

Assists in all in-house training courses on Fire Prevention and Occupational Health and Safety

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years’ security experience in hotel industry

Qualification in Security and Safety Management desirable

Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit

Proficiency of MS Office and Email

Sound knowledge and hands on experience in Safety and Security Management such as guards deployment and property patrol, emergency response, fire safety, CCTV, etc

Qualified in First-aid and equipment

Good command of spoken Cantonese and English, knowledge of Putonghua
