About the Role

  • To lead the financial support team to ensure smooth daily fund switching transactions for MPF, ORSO, Macau and other pension funds and relevant financial calculation process smooth daily fund operation and to deliver timely and high-quality special projects

  • Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth operation on day-to-day fund switching operation for MPF, ORSO, Macau, JF funds and Agent Provident Fund (APF) (30%)

  • Ensure fund operation is maintained and available according to service commitment
  • Ensure achievement of compliance standards and guidelines of the sections

Oversees preparation and delivery of earnings allocation, contractual top up, dividend distribution, fee rebate and bonus rebate on time with quality (40%)


3.
Directs and guides relevant special reports for client/member and ad hoc projects as requested (30%)

  • Monitor ad hoc assignment, including system automation, imaging and workflow project and funds switching processing
  • Control and monitor on the set up of new fund and fund withdrawal
  • Handle client/member inquiries and complaints with high quality result
  • Take up new roles and responsibilities as assigned by superior


Minimum Job Requirements:

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in fund operations and pension schemes (MPF, ORSO, Macau, JF fund, APF), including fund switching and related financial calculations (e.g. allocation, rebate processing)
  • Solid knowledge of financial operations, controls, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Proven experience in process improvement, system enhancement, and workflow automation to drive operational efficiency
  • Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to fund operations

  • High level of accountability and results orientation, with ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight timelines


Experience, Qualifications & Certifications:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MPF / ORSO / Macau pension / JF fund / APF schemes and investment-related operations
