Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor sports programme planning, development, coordination, instructor management and review to ensure all programmes satisfied professional standards
  • Serve as a good communicator in understanding customer demands, handling enquiries and complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
  • Assist in marketing and promotion of sports programmes creatively, effectively, and efficiently for recruiting programme participants
  • Prepare various reports with the provision of sufficient and up-to-date information and figures timely and accurately
  • Organize special events and tournaments to provide sports development opportunities to programme participants and the community
  • Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree in sports management with relevant experience
  • Holding certificate / professional qualification in sports will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, willing to learn, a good team player
  • Shift duty required, may need to work on Sat/Sun and Public Holiday (working hour 44 hrs/week)
  • Successful candidate is required to undertake Sexual Conviction Record Check
