Who we are looking for?

What will you do?

Supervise and operate the team to maintain the daily operations

Monitor the cleaning service and processes in F&B outlets and Kitchen to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Maintain and store the operations equipment & cleaning supplies with adequate inventory

Scheduling of roster for operations needs

Knowledge and Skills

Minimum 2 years’ working experience with supervisory level in a sizable organization, candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Chief Steward

Knowledgeable in using different kinds of chemicals to clean utensils and materials

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Proficiency in computer skills is an advantage

Good command of English and Cantonese
