The Repulse Bay is seeking a Steward Supervisor to support the daily operation of Steward & Housekeeping.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead, train, and supervise stewards and casual labour; conduct briefings and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ensure all stewarding, production, and service areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards, including pest control.
- Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of chinaware, glassware, cutlery, and other operating equipment.; minimise breakage and damage.
- Prepare and supervise equipment setup and cleanliness for events and daily operations; ensure readiness according to function sheets.
General requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in similar position
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Intermediate level of English is preferable.
