We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:
Assist Chief Concierge to maintain a smooth operation and ensure all report are accurate and up to date
Supervise daily concierge operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards meet brand guidelines
Monitor daily performance and offer proper training and guardians to subordinate
Working knowledge of travel and hospitality industry ecosystems. Handle guest comments and complaints tactfully, efficiently and complies with the Hotel policies and procedures
Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in concierge section and minimum 2 years’ relevant supervisory level experience in 4-5 star hotel industry
Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
Service oriented, proactive and a team player
