We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:
Ensure that all callers’ enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and professional manner.
Act as the first point of contact in the Hotel and be proficient in all aspects of emergency procedures.
Respond and log guest requests in our system. Maintain effective communications with the team and other departments.
Assist with our Mobile Service App.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
Guest Oriented, detail-minded and a team player

• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Telephone Services Agent.
• Day shifts and overnight shifts are required.
