Major Responsibilities:
Perform Front Office operations in a timely and professional manner
Provide a warm, welcoming and personalized experiences to all guests
Ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful and professional manner
Assist Marriott Bonvoy members' check-in and check-out at Priority Counter
Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the Hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times

Requirements:
1 year’ relevant experience in similar capacity
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
Guest Oriented, detail-minded and a team player
