Job Description:
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, steward and kitchen

Enforce hygiene, safety and compliance standards across all areas of F&B operations

Optimize inventory controls to mitigate spoilage and minimize waste

Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

Job Requirement:
Diploma holder in Hotel/Food and Beverage Management or related disciplines

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in hotel or F&B Industry.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction

Proven track record of having good knowledge of food and beverage production, preparation and service
