Feather and Bone Holdings Ltd is a Premium Grocer & Restaurant concept . We are located in Central / Happy Valley / Clearwater Bay / Sai Ying Pun / Mid-Levels / Wan Chai/ Tsuen Wan / Yuen Long/ Sai Kung & Causeway Bay Hong Kong.

Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather and bone brings top quality meats sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. In-store and through the online store customers can get premium cuts of meat hand-cut daily by our butchers. Our market-fresh produce is selected daily by our dedicated staff in addition to our selection of seasonal products imported from Australia, Europe and the US.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional service and enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently set tables, replenish condiments, order taking and perform various routine tasks to support restaurant operations.
Deliver high-quality service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or email with professionalism and positive manner.
Collaborate with guests to accommodate requests for special occasions, dietary restrictions, birthdays and other events.
Actively engage in upselling and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience during booking and arrival.
Execute other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager.

Requirements:
Fluent in Cantonese & English, Mandarin will be an absolute advantage.
Demonstrated willingness to develop skills and knowledge.
Responsible and supportive collaborator within a team environment.
Valid work visa and eligible to work in Hong Kong
Work Location: Hong Kong Island
