Job Description

Creative Design Limited, a specialist in quality Seasonal Novelties, Home Décor, Garden and Floral items for Importers and Retail Chains, is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who is trainable, possesses strong people skills, and is eager to support our portfolio managers in driving sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Conduct market research to understand current trends in the seasonal novelties industry.
• Support the sales team by preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for overseas travel related to client meetings and exhibitions.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Engage in external-facing presentations or activities to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Reporting Structure

• Direct report to: VP of Operations, Sourcing & Trend Validation
• Dotted line report to: VP of US PD&D, Market Trends & Client Account Manager

Qualifications

• Entry-level position: a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
• Basic understanding of market trends in decoration design and home décor is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing office duties with remote tasks.
• Experience with data research and the ability to compile findings into presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) is a plus.

Experience Level

• Junior-level position; fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.

Additional Information

Candidates must have a strong understanding of American culture. Knowledge towards American market dynamics and American customer preferences is a good plus.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
