To cope with the organization’s service growth, we are seeking an individual for the following position:

Responsibilities:

- In-charge of Good Neighbour Network (GNN) services at different location. Assist Service Manager to coordinate among GNN teams on any issues for the purpose of smoother workflow, resources utilization and keeping good quality service.

- Manage the operation of Good Neighbour Network to meet service needs and development.

- Supervise and foster positive development of several small teams.

- Deploy GNN staffs to support frontline services at different locations.

- Monitor GNN financial condition to the planned level and explore different funding sources for supporting service operation.

- Be responsible for carrying out/ monitoring direct services including caseworks, group works, activities, mass programmes and home-visits.

- Explore and mobilize resources in the community and liaison with other agencies in the community for Social Service Team

- Handle ad hoc assignments and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

- University degree holder in social science/ public health or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or above in NGOs or project management. Community setting and elderly/chronic illness service experience will be an advantage

- Passionate, efficient, detail-oriented, hardworking, service oriented and be responsible

- Strong organization, interpersonal and good communication skills

- Dynamic, Detail-minded, self-motivated and demonstrates ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and contributes as a strong team player

- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese with good computer literacy

- Outdoor, Saturday/ Sunday/ holiday work might be required, subject to operational needs

- Work location: Tai Po (main office)/ Kwun Tong/ Tin Shui Wai
