Property Valuation Associate Director/Manager/Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Handle listed co. transactions, IPO and financial reporting property valuation assignments;
- Cooperate with our brother branches to work on big projects;
- Supervise valuation assistants and assist in marketing;
- Perform, review and sign off property valuation reports;
- Maintain service quality by controlling accuracy and service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division), a must;
- Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division), preferred;
- Senior posts at least 5 years post qualification working experience in property valuation field, with public transaction and court case records preferred;
- Preference to business network sharing, retired consultants with bring-in business are welcome;
- Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin (a must) and Cantonese;
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and hands on experience in IT.
