Job Description

  • Participate in valuation projects and deliver accurate reports
  • Perform thorough due diligence on property details
  • Conduct site visits and collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports
  • Prepare financial feasibility analysis and valuation reports
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications
  • University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate/Surveying/Property Management or related disciplines
  • 1+ years of any real estate related work experience. Fresh Graduates will be considered as well
  • Solid knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methodologies and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, in particular Excel
  • Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese or Mandarin. Proficiency in any Asian language is a plus
