We are a collection of neighbourhood restaurants bringing the spirit of the Mediterranean's diverse and vibrant culinary landscape to Hong Kong.
Built on the foundation of a family, we create hospitality experiences delivered from a place of purpose, with simplicity.
Currently with three locations, we are looking for passionate individuals to join the front of house team at our latest opening, Carmela in Central.
