Medora is a casual dining restaurant led by Chef Vicky Cheng, the Michelin-starred chef-owner of VEA and WING. True to its name, the concept draws inspiration from his family, featuring dishes designed for sharing, with the aim of creating the perfect setting for all types of gatherings.

Career Opportunity – Demi Chef at Medora Restaurant

Medora Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and talented Demi Chef to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef to refine their skills and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.

Ensure food preparation and presentation meet hygiene, safety, and Michelin-level quality requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food products to minimize waste.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen in charge.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant culinary in western cuisine experience

Strong cooking skills with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Commitment to excellence and continuous learning

Good command of both English and Chinese

Immediate availability is highly preferred
