Role Mission

To provide hands-on technical and engineering support for the design, development, testing, and production of IoT and electronic hardware products — from concept through to production-ready deliverables.

Working under the guidance of senior engineers and project leadership, you will contribute to design validation, product testing, certification preparation, and production handoff to ensure high-quality, compliant, and successful product launches for our international clients.

Role Summary

This is an entry-level engineering role designed for fresh graduates or junior engineers who are eager to learn and grow within a lean engineering team environment.

You will work closely with senior engineers, international clients, and Asian manufacturing partners to develop connected electronic products. You will be involved across the full product journey — from hardware and firmware support, PCB and system integration, to design validation, certification support, and production handoff.

Ideal for engineering graduates who are hands-on, technically curious, and motivated to build a long-term career in electronics, embedded systems, IoT, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

Support engineers and project teams in IoT and electronic product development projects.

Assist in prototype assembly, product testing, debugging, and validation activities.

Participate in hardware, embedded firmware, PCB, and system integration support tasks.

Operate engineering test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, spectrum analysers, and other laboratory instruments.

Assist in product verification, reliability testing, and pre-certification preparation (FCC, CE, RCM).

Support documentation including BOM, schematics, test reports, engineering records, and product specifications.

Assist in troubleshooting electronics circuits, PCB boards, and embedded systems.

Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and manufacturing partners during pilot runs and production stages.

Learn and support firmware testing, embedded Linux/RTOS environments, and basic programming tasks.

Participate in product improvement, design verification, and quality assurance activities.

Provide hands-on support for soldering, PCB rework, and prototype modifications when required.

Collaborate with industrial design and mechanical teams for seamless product integration.

Ensure design compliance with international certification standards and client requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, AI, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

Fresh graduates are highly welcome.

Internship, university project, laboratory, robotics, or competition experience in engineering or electronics is an advantage.

Strong interest in IoT products, embedded systems, electronics design, firmware, AI applications, or product development.

Basic knowledge of electronics circuits, PCB concepts, embedded systems, or programming.

Familiarity with C/C++, Python, Linux, Arduino, STM32, ESP32, or embedded platforms is a plus.

Hands-on mindset with willingness to learn troubleshooting and engineering validation processes.

Proficient in written and spoken English.
