Full job description
The Refinery is a private club owned by Swire Properties Limited and managed by The Peninsula Clubs. The members Club is located in Taikoo Place, a thriving business hub and offers fine modern Chinese dining, a members’ bar and several lounges, an outdoor terrace, intimate meeting & banqueting spaces coupled with health & fitness facilities.
We are now inviting a qualified professional to join our team:
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure restaurant and bar operations are run smoothly and to a high standard in both service and product quality
Maintain excellent relationship with all members and guests
Staff supervision, manpower planning and delegation for both permanent employees and casual workers
Handling banquet / private event enquiries, menu development and recommendations, generation and execution of promotions and special events, complaint handling, front of house and back of house upkeep/maintenance etc
Conduct service / health and safety trainings to the front of house operations teams
Work closely and communicate efficiently with all departments within the company
Job Requirements :
At least 5 years management experience in the F&B / hospitality industry
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities and an energetic and self-motivated work approach
Excellent communication skills, and strong service & customer-oriented mindset
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate including 5-day work week, discretionary performance bonus, retirement fund, all public holidays, annual leave and medical and dental benefits.
