Job Summary

Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and implementation sales & marketing strategies.

Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.

Ensure delivery of services in Catering and Group Sales through clear communications and coordination with all relevant departments.

Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trends.

Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve company’s financial room and catering goals.

Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Job Requirements

Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in sizable hotel.

Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Collaborative, proactive leader/team player within sales, event management and operations peer groups.

Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
