Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly food and beverage service to members and guests
• Take orders accurately and serve beverages and bar snacks efficiently
• Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of bars’ areas
• Prepare and set up bar stations before service periods
• Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and general bar operations as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, club, or hotel operations is preferred
• Good knowledge of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A team player who can perform well in a fast-paced environment
