We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Buccaneer Bar & Restaurant team and help make all guests experience a standout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain excellent performance and teamwork.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce waste.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards and licensing regulations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the bar area.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and improving bar profitability.
• Conduct cash handling procedures, end-of-shift reconciliations, and accurate record keeping.
• Organise breaks.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about hospitality.
• A confident leader who can motivate and support a busy team.
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in bars or restaurants is a bonus but not essential.

Rate of Pay:

• £13.71 per hour.
