Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• • Provide excellent dining experience to customers
  • Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets and operation efficiency
  • Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
  • Monitor and keep close control of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
  • Manage food cost and conduct stock take regularly
  • Implement marketing promotions
  • Work closely with different internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• • At least 2-8 year's relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in Japanese restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
