Responsibilities
Supervise daily duties of Room Attendants and cleaner, ensure guest rooms and hotel area are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard
Check rooms and ensure the standard of all rooms is equal to hotel’s requirements
Perform guest floor monitoring duties & meet in-house guest needs to enhance guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest requests and complaints, report to superior for the follow up action
Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hotel industry
Certificate in Supervisory course or equivalent disciplines.
Independent, flexible and good interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
