【Responsibilities】
Scanning and quality checking of medical records and loose sheets records
Ensure accuracy, completeness and proper filing of medical documentation
Retrieve and distribute patient records as requested by healthcare professionals
Supervise and provide guidance to junior medical records clerks
Handle record requests (e.g. insurance, legal or patient inquiries) in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned.
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
Form 5 graduate or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and fair in English
Experiences working in relevant healthcare institution or hospital are preferrable.
