ROLE MISSION

You will help ensure that customers can use their equipment safely, smoothly and effectively.

You will be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and on-site technical support.

You will work as part of a three-member Field Service Team and help maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will join our three-member Service Team.

You will provide on-site technical service to customers, mainly in indoor working environments such as customer offices, laboratories and healthcare facilities.

Your main duties will include equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support.

Product training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Work as part of a three-member Service Team.

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance for company products.

Install, set up, test and commission equipment at customer sites.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely technical support.

Provide on-site service in customers’ offices, laboratories and other indoor environments.

Diagnose equipment problems and provide practical technical solutions.

Conduct basic testing, repair and troubleshooting when required.

Train customers on the correct use and operation of equipment.

Support product demonstrations and customer trials when required.

Work with the sales team during customer visits and technical discussions.

Report service cases to ensure proper documentation and continuous improvement.

Prepare service reports, maintenance records and other technical documents.

Follow up on outstanding technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep up to date with product features, service procedures and new technologies.

Support other technical and service activities as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Tertiary education in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.

At least 1–2 years of engineering, technical or field-service experience with any type of product.

Experience in medical devices or laboratory equipment is a strong advantage.

Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing or troubleshooting is preferred.

Interested in hands-on technical work and customer service.

Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Willing to provide on-site service at customers’ offices, laboratories and other indoor locations.

TERMS AND BENEFITS

5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Product training and on-the-job training provided.

10 days of annual leave.
