We are looking for a driven Student Admissions Advisor to support our global medical education consulting team. The role focuses on reaching out to potential students, understanding their study needs, and connecting them with the appropriate education consultants for guidance.
This is a remote, performance-driven role requiring strong communication skills, confidence in phone conversations, and a results-oriented mindset. You will play a key role in helping students take the next step toward overseas medical education.
我們正在尋找一位積極主動的學生招生顧問，協助全球醫學教育諮詢團隊。此職位主要負責聯繫潛在學生，了解其升學需求，並協助安排與留學顧問進行進一步諮詢。
此為遠端績效導向職位，需具備良好的溝通能力、電話溝通信心及結果導向思維，協助學生邁向海外醫學教育之路。
Key Responsibilities / 主要職責
- Reach out to prospective students and introduce education consultation services
- Contact 潛在學生並介紹升學諮詢服務
- Conduct basic screening to understand academic background and study intentions
- 進行初步篩選，了解學生學術背景及升學意向
- Identify suitable candidates for further consultation
- 評估並篩選適合進一步諮詢的學生
- Arrange and schedule online consultation sessions
- 安排及預約線上諮詢會議
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions
- 準確記錄學生聯繫資料
- Work towards daily and monthly performance targets
- 達成每日及每月業績目標
Requirements / 職位要求
- Based in Hong Kong
- 必須居住於香港
- Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- 良好的溝通及人際交往能力
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-ups
- 能適應電話聯絡及跟進工作
- Fluent in Cantonese (English or Mandarin is a plus)
- 流利廣東話（懂英語或普通話更佳）
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- 具備自我驅動及目標導向能力
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage
- 有銷售、客戶服務或潛在客戶開發經驗者優先
Compensation / 薪酬待遇
- Base Salary: HKD 20,000/month
- 基本薪資：每月港幣20,000元
- Commission: 1% per successful enrollment
- 佣金：每單成功轉化可獲1%佣金
- Performance Bonus: up to HKD 10,000
- 績效獎金：最高可達港幣10,000元
Working Arrangement / 工作安排
- Fully remote (Hong Kong-based only)
- 全遠端工作（僅限香港地區）
- 5-day work week
- 每週5天工作制
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (HKT)
- 下午3:00 – 晚上11:00（香港時間）
- Last call by 10:00 PM
