operations supervisor jobs

Responsibilities:
Handle daily warehouse inbound/outbound operations, including parcel scanning, relabelling, bagging, palletizing, and dispatch, etc.

Access various in-house shipping systems to prepare shipments, including small postal parcels and commercial shipments.

Book shipments with freight forwarders, schedule pickups, and prepare the required documents to ensure timely shipment processing.

Follow up with freight forwarders on shipment-related matters, including documentation, clearance, uplift and arrival updates.

Support other warehouse activities, including receiving, return, picking, packing, and other operational tasks as required.

Handle export and import customs declarations via Tradelink.

Any other special duties, projects or ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
A. Qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in the logistics / warehouse / freight forwarder industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.

Physically fit to be able to perform manual work.
