The Student Affairs Office aims to enhance students’ learning experience and wellbeing through a comprehensive range of services supporting their academic, personal, social, and professional development. The Office delivers key functions including careers service, counselling service, health service, student financial assistance, student accommodation, and collaborates closely with Schools to support mentoring, guidance, orientation, and induction.

Reporting to the Head of Student Affairs, the Part-time Physiotherapist will support the Academy Physiotherapist in the operation of the Student Physiotherapy Clinic. The appointee will provide a full range of physiotherapy services, including assessment and treatments of musculoskeletal injuries, design and implementation of functional rehabilitation programmes, injury prevention and wellness promotion, monitoring of students’ recovery and injury status, and provision of emergency first-aid care for staff and students as required.

The appointee will work on weekdays for up to 16 hours per week during dedicated teaching periods.

Applicant should:
(a) Have a recognised degree in Physiotherapy or higher qualification ;

(b) Be registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board and possess a valid practicing certificate;

(c) Normally, have at least two years of post-qualification clinical and/or field-based experience in physiotherapy practice and rehabilitation;

(d) Have good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua;

(e) Preferably possess experience or knowledge in performing arts, gymnastics, sports therapy, or related fields; and

(f) Have strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in sports taping techniques will be an advantage.

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT

The appointment will be from September 2026 to end of May 2027. The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
