ARBOR Senior Host / Senior Hostess(Michelin 2-Star Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage reception duties
  • Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and guide customers to their tables
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Good customer service skills
  • Cheerful and polite attitude
  • Presentable, enthusiastic and motivated
  • An aptitude for acquiring new skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well-mannered telephone etiquette
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Host /Hostess.
