Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP)


Responsibilities


  • Handle end to end recruitment functions on talent acquisition & staff retention
  • Review, streamline and explore new recruitment strategies to attract talents and formulate HR and administration policies;
  • Work closely with business partners and provide professional HR and administration support;
  • Perform ad-hoc HR projects and assist in preparing reporting for management

HR Analyst


Responsibilities


  • Implementation & development of Human Resources plans and strategies according to business objectives
  • Responsible for the design and maintenance of Human Resources System to improve efficiency, provide relevant training to the Business Units
  • Support business development based on in-depth analytics, from using existing internal data as well as external research, identify problems, suggest and conduct follow up actions
  • Assist to prepare solutions using Excel, PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Coordinate with business lines to enhance Sales Excellence and motivation by regular review of reward plans
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

Requirements


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human resources or other related disciplines
  • Min 5 years working experiences in HR, preferably experiences from IT industry or sizeable companies
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, quick learner with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

HR Analyst


Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree or above with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources Projects, Business Analytics or related
  • Solid working experience in sizable companies and fast paced environment is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally
  • Proven skills of functioning very independently to deliver results in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment
  • Excellent Analytical and logical mindset
  • Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, details and achievement oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
