Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain to date wine list as per the standards after co-ordination with the Restaurant Manager and the Head Chef on new menu items
  • Acknowledge the difference in guests' needs and give relevant wine advice in accordance
  • Ensure all stocks and supplies are requested on a timely basis, correct stock levels are maintained, and stored under optimum conditions
  • Drive beverage revenue across the restaurants

Qualifications :

  • 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotels or Michelin-star restaurants
  • Wine certification with a proven record
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage is a must
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Passionate and a good communicator
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
