Job Description
  • 5 – 8 year experience
  • B.A Language/Linguistic Degree (Preferred) or equivalent degree required
  • Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills – experience with business communication
  • Experience in supporting customer or service support through voice
  • Testing experience is highly preferred
  • Expert in cultural awareness (pop, formal, geo-political) and good understanding of user base of the target locale
  • Strong attention to detail in spotting spelling, grammatical, user interface, and audio defects
  • Experienced user of mobile, wearables, and home technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Expected to be able to work independently without close supervision and drive testing from end to end
  • Expected to provide guidance to junior testers and lead a small group of testers
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Analyst
  • Language (either one of them) - Bahasa Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Shanghainese, Malay, Korean, Hindi
